stare
east to the radient rising sun
as
your heart flowers greeting a new day
reflection of an ageless cycle starts
baring fruit not far from where life began
near
the zenith now face north and kneel low
in
respect for the heat and guiding light
like
poetry salutes the bird in flight
a
late worm wriggles in the midday glow
walk
west as sunflowers' father falls late
fascinated
by the fall of fiery fate
succumb
to the set of summer insense
such sweet scent, must melt what we resent
slip
slowly south into the salty sea
as
lost stars shoot in a heavenly trance
mother
moon mirrors the gyrating dance
washing
a warm day in perfect array
